Foot Diagram And Foot Board Dimensions Of 1511 Loom
The 1511 type weaving machine foundation diagram lists the dimensions of 44 inches, 50 inches, and 56 inches, and briefly describes the foundation position diagram of each door width in millimeters. The front and rear width of the foundation remains unchanged, mainly due to the variation of the horizontal door width. At the same time, the calibration sequence of the four foundation feet of the weaving machine is also provided, and the dimensions of the foundation feet are explained in detail, which is convenient for textile factories to refer to and learn before installing the weaving machine.
The positioning of the four anchor screws A27 of the weaving machine determines the installation positions of the four foot plates. Please dig a pit according to the above diagram to install the anchor screws A27. The distance between 1 to 4 and 2 to 3 remains unchanged at 1061mm. The dimensions of 1 to 2 and 3 to 4 need to be adjusted according to the width of the weaving machine. For example, the distance between the front feet of a 44 inch weaving machine is 1430mm, the distance between the front feet of a 50 inch weaving machine is 1590mm, and the distance between the horizontal feet of a single beam 1511 type 56 inch weaving machine is 1743mm. The leveling sequence of the four floor boards should be carried out in the three steps shown in the above figure (1-2, 1-3, 1-4).
The length of the foot board (referred to as the floor board) of the weaving machine is 18 centimeters, the width is 9.5 centimeters, and the width of the A27 foot wire groove is 14 millimeters. The detailed dimensions of the floor board refer to the above figure.
The function of the footboard is mainly to reduce the vibration of the weaving machine during operation and adjust the level of the machine. Therefore, the footboard should not be too thick or too thin. If it is too thick, it will move too much and affect the level of the frame. If it is too thin, the buffering effect will be poor and it is easy to break. The thickness of the foot board should be between 10-19 millimeters. The four foot boards of the same weaving machine should be made of the same type of wood, with consistent softness and hardness. Generally, straight wood grain, no scars, and no yin-yang surfaces such as oak or birch should be used. The thickness difference of the same platform footboard should be controlled within 5 millimeters, and the shape of the footboard board should not be less than the width of the footboard.
